Flight Training is expensive. We have recently been made aware of several Arizona flight schools who are making big promises, requiring large sums of money to be paid in advance, not meeting their promises and then asking for more money. When a student asks for their money back, the request is denied and addtional fees are imposed. This is a black eye on the flight training business and we are sorry to see it happening.

Sonoran Wings DOES NOT require large payments up front. We work on a pay-as-you-fly basis. Yes, we would like to have some money paid on account to draw against. Our banker does not like us to be in the lending business.

The exact costs of training are up to the individual, their committment, study habits, and time available. Because of the Sonoran Wings scenario-based training philosophy, and our training resources, Pilots in Training will complete their training sooner and less expensively than with a traditional flight school. And you will be a better pilot!!!
